Offering a new unique dinner event experience in a vineyard! Perfect for corporate events or a special small, personal event.

We pick you up at your office or home around 4:30 pm. Whisk you out to vineyard. Enjoy tastings with the wine maker. Then, sit down at a pre-planned dinner (which I will set up with you in advance). Enjoy your meeting (and oh, yes, large companies have hired me for dinner meeting/tasting.) Everything is pre-planned. Then, after your dinner and event/meeting, you can choose to pick up wine, if you like. Or, just enjoy the ride back home/work around 8:00 pm. It is fun and enjoyable experience! 

There is "No Whining" on this tour! Everybody is relaxed and having fun!

Here are our most frquently asked questions:

Which wineries do you go to? Everyday is personalized. Evey day is an adventure and we do not have a set route. Our focus is to give you a great wine experience. We tend to go to smaller wineries.  But, we also can visit the larger wineries. We want you to sit back and experience knowlegable tasting room staffs, taste quality wine, and see gorgeus vineyards!

What is your pickup area? We tend to pickup people around the Portland metro area. We will pick you up anywhere in the surrounding downtown Portland area, Newberg Dayton, Dundee and McMinnville and Carlton areas. Sorry, but areas in N Portland or airport, need to meet at a central place. The convention center is good plan. Sorry, we do not service Eugene, Salem, Silverton, Vancouver, WA or coast areas. We are happy to make a plan at a central place. We are happy to drop off at a different mutually agreed upon location, if you like.

How many wineries will we go to? Our average guided tour is three, sometimes four, winery stops. We supply bottled water and a light gourmet lunch. We want you to really experience the vineyards. At a good pace. IWe do not recommend more than 4 wineries in a day.  The  customers said they don't enjoy the wine overload and rushed pace with more than 4 wineries.  Note: With Covid, most wineries reserve times, so only 3 wineries and lunch are doable for now.

How do we choose which wineries to go to? If you have any specific requests, we will try to accommodate that when possible. We offer a specialized enjoyable full day. Full of fun, gorgeous Oregon wine, beautiful views, and educational information from tour guide on soil/terroir, and vineyard's history, and knowledge from tasting room, as well. 

What are the guided tour hours? Wineries are mainly open from 11 am to 5 pm. We pick you up around 10:30 am and drop you off around 4:30 to 5:30 pm. If you need special time to get you back for dinner, etc., please let guide know in advance.

Do you do a 1/2 day tour? Sorry, all tours are a full day tour. Or, our new unique dinner event with tastings with the winemaker and dinner at the winery, is a unique  evening event. Usually from 4:30 pm pickup and drop off at 9 pm.

Do you book us with other people? If you prefer, sure. But, typical groups of 4 are private tours. We do offer groups up to 20 people. (private or combined.) Let us know, when booking, what you prefer.

New, personalized Evening at the vineyard dinners, are in the evening. Approx. 4:30-8:30 pm. Includes gourmt dinner at vineyard. We pre-arrange with you. Wine tasting with vinyeard wine maker.

(*Sorry, tasting fees at the wineries are not included. We don't charge you tasting fees, because often they get waived anyways. Some wineries may waive or discount tasting fees for our tours, we always ask! Or, most wineries waive tasting fees if you make a wine purchase. Call for special covid protocol.

Just so you know, No Whining Wine Tours, is respected and honorable. We do not work any "arrangements" with  wineries. We don't receive kickbacks, or a percentage of sales. We choose wineries for you, what we believe you will LOVE. Scenery, views, enjoyable wine, knowledge and fun facts! And, No Whining, from us, either!
